Danny didn’t just wake up one day and decide to install pools. He’s been on construction sites since he was 17, carving out a career defined by discipline and high standards. After a significant chapter serving as a firefighter with the ACT Fire Brigade, Danny has hung up the helmet to focus his full energy on building dream retreats. That first-responder mindset—where "near enough" is never good enough—is exactly what he brings to every site.

As a Licensed Builder with a specialised Pool and Spa Installation License, Danny brings a level of structural expertise that truly stands out. While others might just "drop a shell in," Danny’s focus is on the engineering, the soil, and the long-term integrity of the build. He’s a stickler for quality, a loving dog dad, and a very enthusiastic (though often "optimistic") fisherman. If the job isn't done to his exacting standards, it isn't done.

Ashley | The Coordinator & Culture Driver

If Danny is the engine, Ashley is the navigator keeping the ship on course. As our Job Coordinator, she’s the one making sure your project moves seamlessly from the first site assessment to the final fill. Ashley isn’t your typical office-bound coordinator; she’s happy to get her hands dirty on-site and is a passionate advocate for women in the construction industry.

She’s our “unofficial ambassador" for women in trade—supporting and encouraging more women to take up space in male-dominated industries. On-site, she fills many roles: the logistics expert, the official snack-eater, and the team’s "hydration officer" (seriously, have you had enough water today?).
